I'm guessing your entire post was intended as tongue in cheek. Wink But just in case it wasn't - and for anyone else reading who might have any doubts - the state where we live is the only authority that controls what we can or cannot do within those borders as a notary public.

On the other hand, though, I'm not aware of any current regulations or laws that prohibit an individual anywhere in the US from contacting a notary in another state where that notary is legally allowed to conduct remote notarizations, and having their electronic document notarized... Frown
