End of year and last month I was introduced to a couple of companies not previously worked with - and was pleasantly surprised.* Fee met with no problem and no extensive drama or hand holding.
For me, the differentiator is whether or not incessant text blasts are being used to get cheapest (and quickest) taker. That's what I have no time/patience for.
The SS and TCs that switched over to SD to avoid paying experienced notaries a fair fee is another story.
