It maybe a good thing.
All these "rushed" RON closings from untrained notaries and no electronic seal or platforms will turn out to be a nightmare and maybe will implode upon itself if it ever gets contested legally.
It could be the best thing to happen to RON. The states that already have it, passed and those doing it are properly trained and registered. Those with just a Gov.'s okay are flying blind. |
