I was informed a few weeks ago that their volume is at an all-time high and be ready for the onslaught. They've kept me very busy, and yes, there are errors when the volume exceeds workforce.

They are great to work for. Keep it going, Quicken. I'm doing more Quicken than any other lender these days.
