AGREED. I have been attempting to get payment from an April 2020 signing and today is Sept 2020. DO WORK FOR VILLAGE CAPITAL NOTARY CLOUD AT YOUR OWN RISK or if you like to chase your payment without possible success. How they still get notaries to do work for them is surprising. LARGE FILES, NO SUPPORT DURING THE SIGNING, NON_PAYER.
