I learned my lesson a couple years ago. After dropping at UPS and getting a receipt for docs for closing next day, I get a call from title - where are the docs....not showing in the system. It was scanned in and then disappeared. Found the next day behind something. My saving grace was that I had a receipt. So I just stand and wait for that receipt.
