OR maybe you can do what I do... My feeder supposedly holds 50 pages, but I start out with less than that, then keep adding more pages as the ones on the feeder slide through, just being careful that it never holds more than 50 at a time. So I easily include more than 50 pages in a PDF with no problems. Maybe other equipment works differently, but the only limitation I've ever run into is if the file size gets too big (over 5 or 10MB, don't remember) - which unfortunately I never know until it's done scanning. Still probably worth a try.
I haven't checked how big the file sizes are since I upgraded my pc and switched to W10, but I should. I think I've changed some of the default settings since then. [I had a heckuva time downloading software and drivers for my oldish Scansnap, since my new laptop doesn't have a CD drive and I didn't want to buy an external one just for that. Still doesn't work like it did before.] |
