Yes, completely unprofessional AND unethical. Due to privacy requirements, no one except the <<assigned>> NSA and signers should touch the docs nor accompany the NSA at the signing (only exception would be a required-to-sign witness or anyone else the signers have approved - i.e. loan officer or real estate agent).
