Wouldn't it be cheaper just to hire pest control? People are idiots or completely made up for sensationalism for this article. besides that, home inspections are home inspections (basement, crawlspace, attic roof, electrical and plumbing..., not yard inspections), lol
My lender strongly required one and the appraisal, as did my homeowner's insurance for the wind mitigation and 4 points, and any realtor would also suggest this. Journalist (eye roll)...I'd put this under fake news. |
