Then, let's talk about CA state taxes, including RE tax, sales tax, gas tax, etc. Rents have soared in CA.

Gas prices are inching up.

Take out food now carries a surcharge.

Covid surcharge.

Relocation costs?

I'd be looking at the hard costs of living in CA as well as the expenses to be a CA notary vs. your own location.
