Good luck David! Which part of FL? Orlando has been pretty strong all year, but last and so far, this month took a slowdown. The "XYZ" is the only universally accepted BGC these days from your major companies here, so I would get that if still shopping around. No membership required. You will be hard-pressed to make 6 figures in FL as some may try and tell you, but you can try Wink.
Your FL commission has nothing to do with your loan signing course you took...I am surprised the state needed something like that? Your initial Notary Commission has a test through the state, perhaps that is what you meant?
Good luck and market, market and don't sell yourself short. It's very hard to raise your fee after you accept a lower fee.
