Good luck David! Which part of FL? Orlando has been pretty strong all year, but last and so far, this month took a slowdown. The "XYZ" is the only universally accepted BGC these days from your major companies here, so I would get that if still shopping around. No membership required. You will be hard-pressed to make 6 figures in FL as some may try and tell you, but you can try  .
Your FL commission has nothing to do with your loan signing course you took...I am surprised the state needed something like that? Your initial Notary Commission has a test through the state, perhaps that is what you meant?
