Say What?
Posted by  Mike Goodey of CA on 7/14/21 4:25pm Msg #633438
I accepted a signing order for this afternoon and after calling and confirming with buyer and the time, I received docs. I was about to call them and ask if they wanted to up the time but decided to print the docs first. It was an open time scheduling.
I started with the Escrow instructions, about 30 pages, the loan docs were 130. As I'm printing the loan docs I noticed that the names were different on these than on the Escrow docs.
I'm thinking "Wait a minute!" Am I confused?
I call and they say they will send new docs. Luckily I didn't print all the pages.
I've never seen that where one set is correct and the other is for another borrower, in Folsom!
