For me, last week was pretty slow, but business has picked way up this week. However, I'm seeing mostly seller packages (from various parts of the country) and out of state purchases.
I think we may be seeing the beginning of the slowdown that's been inevitable. Another clue is that lenders are advertising like crazy on the radio. When things were booming, they didn't need to advertise, as they could barely keep up with the work they already had. Apparently, they're trying to fill their pipelines again. |
