YUP.... Amrock has developed the "Cattle Call" mentality, as well as Mortgage Connect / Inspire. BOTH told me a year ago how happy they were I was taking jobs. Currently Amrock is really screwed up... Documents fatally wrong, or instructions to borrowers to "just sign" well fix it later, logging system update is 50/50... Now they are going to a new platform where you need to take your own equipment to the signing for the client... anyone see a security issue??? Mortgage Connect can't make-up their minds if docs should be faxed back or just drop them... As we head into a differing time in the markets.... be aware and careful.. very, very. |
