Time to catch up on all those household chores I've been putting off.  And, most importantly, best time of all to MARKET, MARKET, MARKET.
As to forecasts ... they're all over the place. It all depends who you're listening to or reading.

IMO, it's another lull in the cycle. If you've been in this business long enough, you've seen/lived/survived those patterns. It's always best to have Plan B and Plan C for those instances.
