Curious as to your preparation leading to your becoming a Loan Signing Agent?
Did you take a course?
What were you told were reasonable fees and what fee would you accept to cover an assignment?
There is so much opinion here as to not accepting low fees, breaking even, or losing money.
What do you consider your break even fee?
