| I am also a Realtor and home sales are at a standstill.... just in the last month or less the market is stalled... less buyers and those who are still out there are picky and cautious (as they should be and should have been during the FOMO sales craze). Homes are now only getting 1 or 2 offers compared to multiple offers and bidding wars happening only 3 months ago. This also hurts us because there goes the purchase loan market right along with the refinances and sales... we are in deep do do... |
