Who was the title company? I know Fidelity locally is doing a ton on Ron's in-office. That's my main office go to here, and always someone doing one when I go there. If you only work for Amrock, just curious about how this discussion even happened, was it with them? I really didn't think you conversed with anyone else but them, since that is your exclusive one and only for loan closings which you hate.
From what I am experiencing from those I work with, there are always a few that are more complex with trusts or seniors and such will use us in person if they cannot get out or capable of doing it via computer. My SSs are not even getting requests for notaries who do Rons...it seems they are all being taken care of in-house by the processors who file they are working on, or the office staff that can handle it.
Is it really up to the lender, it's the title company that closes the loan. The lender/ LO just sends title their file and the title company closes it, records it, disburses it. Do you know which lenders are resisting using Ron? |
