| The last three I was assigned by the EXOS system came through with a $35.00 dollar drop in the notary fee. I called them on the first two and one was changed to my regular fee. The other confirmed my fee after closing with the 35 dollar cut. The third one I got last Friday and it was cut 35 and I cancelled it with the explanation of incorrect. fee. I expected some kind of response to this but heard nothing and got an email that it was reassigned to another notary. 150 page package with a copy to BO and they want me to pay the printing. They still pay my fee for other banks so I don't know if they adjusted their fee to get these loans away from Amrock. Keep posting if you have any similar experience. |
