Not for closing loans
Posted by PaigeTurner of AK on 3/26/23 5:00pm Msg #644898
Million dollar question...I didn't jump into the soup pot. It seems most title companies close their own loans via RON in-house. Takes them 15 minutes and already have an established rapport with their client, they don't need us. Maybe for GNW, sitting at home trying to get in the que for someone in the country to notarize something. Me, I am not seeing a future in doing that. In FL, it's been around for a while, nothing good, bad or ugly about it except it is taking the traditional closing away from us which is our bread and butter to make a living.
