| I did a signing for them 03/23/2023 , for $100 3 signers with scan backs. After going on their portal to confirm the signing I noticed this signing had been offered to another notary for $120 which she countered but instead they gave it to me. They have a website portal for communication, such as document download, upload and closing out file . The package was large & the signing took almost 2 hours because of the amount of documents, + one of the signers was in delicate health so he was slow. Anyway, I followed the instructions scanned & uploaded my invoice to the portal. Didn't hear anything until I sent an email checking payment status 30 days after the signing. Lori from accounting told replied saying that payment can take up to 45 days then shortly after received an email asking me to put my banking info for ACH payment. I didn't comply with that because my bank is transitioning from Union bank to US Bank, so I didn't have the new account & routing numbers as of yet. I waited... no response. Then I emailed them again & Lori said they only pay in ACH . Long story short It took them 2 months to pay me with a threat that they will never use me again |
