Exactly. They undercut their competition, then try to hire notaries cheap. Of course, there's the handful of 5 star companies that offer quality, hire the best and work for the best, so they can afford to pay a decent fee, but Yoli's story is a great reminder of why to shoot for direct work - and how to respond to fee questions.
