So, superficially, it seems Notary Rotary, notary [dot] net and Notary Discover are, if not the same legal entity, at least related.
notary [dot] net uses the copyright notice "© Copyright 2018-2022. All Rights Reserved. California". Although copyright notices are not required, there is a law about how to write one: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/17/401
The law indicates the name of the copyright owner should be in the notice.
Notary Discovery uses the copyright notice "© 2024 Notary Discover All Rights Reserved." The only way to contact them seems to be their email address.
The original poster used the handle "Chicago Paralegal Notarial Services" and following the link to the profile indicates it is Carrie Rivera. Another post in the thread used the handle "CPNS2006" and seems to link to the same profile.
