Re: I have a question for anyone who can help

I would have to agree, it seems they have lost some papers or something. I had a company one time call that they didn't receive the package. I jumped on the net while on the phone and tracked the package to a receptionist within their company who had signed for it and what time and date. They couldn't dispute they received them. They had to have me go out and resign a new set of docs, for a fee, of course. Were any of the missing docs notarized items? If so, you should be able to check your journal to see if you had those items at the borrowers. Did you have to fax anything back, I always keep my coversht and fax confirmation. Sometimes I even right on my confirmation sht what items were faxed. You simply can't keep enough documentation and it pays off in a dispute.
