1. Late edocs dated for wrong day. Mad because we corrected…. After hours. The broker called me the next day. He stated my error was unnecessary. Oh boy! He did not like what he heard ………. Back dating is illegal… Who’s error>>>
2. Lo told me not to tell Mr. Borrower that if he signed the quit claim. He would be removed from title. Hello !!!!!!!!
3. Title company called wanted to know why, I did not notarize my own signature?
Then stated if I did not. I would not be paid.
4. I had 4 decease people still on title. (Title Companies had no ideal) 4different loans!
