and when the check came back, I called their bank everyday to see if it would clear. When they finally said it would, I ran down and cashed it. I'm considering myself lucky that it was only one signing!

Do you mean to tell me that they are not paying you because they lost an account??? That's how their justifying it?? What a crock of crap! So, that means that their future business with this one client was funding their past accounts payable. Super Scary, but I suspect that's how most signing services run their businesses. |
