First of all, you are not bound to anyone who calls you. You can set your own fees to be whatever you want them to be. You might be charging an SS one fee and a TC another fee.
Just out of curiosity...did you read any of the posts here before you asked your questions? I wondered because there's a post to "newbies" about 10 posts before yours. You would do well to read it.
