| In 2005 I did not need an attorney on the phone. In 2006 every SC closing that I have done here in NC has required an SC attorney to be on the phone. One attorney just had me call him at the beginning and the end, but another attorney that works with a different TC says that he's required to be on the phone during the entire process. |
