I am newly commissioned 12/2006. California required for us to purchase a seal from an aurhorized manufacturer. The authorized maufacturer had to enter their name and number on the lower portion of the certificate provided and made an impression of each seal manufactured. The certificate was submitted to the state. NotRot is an authorized vendor. I order my stamp from NotRot.
