Response: You did not use Florida Supreme Court approved documents. They weren't available until 2000 which was after 1998.
I cannot speak as to why you were unable to use the documents that you had prepared; however, I can tell you that the Florida Supreme Court approved documents which began in 2000 and continue to be regularly updated are not the same forms you used. |
