They are great for new signing agents. There is a lot of hand holding. They call to see if you called the borrower yet, again when you receive the docs asking about the settlement sheet and dates, sometimes when you are at the signing to see if you are there, afterwards for the tracking number. They usually want all notarized docs faxed back and you need to wait for approval to ship. If you are delayed in sending the fax they call, send email, etc. They almost always only pay $50 but they do pay on time. Recently, they called with a signing in a county that I don't cover. It would have taken over 2 hours each way due to road conditions and they offered $75. |
