Psychiatric Living Will

Has anyone notarized one of these?

The fellow calls, says who he is and then apologizes for "being incoherent" and asked if I would notarize a Psychiatric Living Will for him. He had just gotten out of the hospital because he had a temperature over 100, all the while I can hardly understand him because his speech is slurred. I asked him to tell me what he meant by "incoherent". His response, "I have a temperature of 105 degrees, you'd be a little incoherent too!"

If it wasn't so sad, it would be hilarious! But wait, it gets better!

After I explained the requirements for notarization, he then asked me if I would "represent him". When I refused, explaining that I was not an attorney, he spouted "then I will sue you!" (me) Bye-bye...click.
