I am always getting charge back from UPS only to docs I ship to Service Link, I have to disput this every month so I started using blank airbills that I pick up at the UPS store I would put my return information on it, they are still trying to charge me so I what I am doing now is when I fill out the airbill I put where the name goes I write NO NAME where the address is I write 123 E. Main Street (I put East because our Main Street is North and South) then I put my city state and zip code.
Each time they would try to charge me it is over $100.00 they would charge for thing like having to track down my information, or missing information I have even called them having them on the phone while I fill out the airbill and I would still get charged.
I wish all companies would give us the choice to use FedEx or UPS, I have never had problems with FedEx |
