Thank you and you are right in that it's not the "gory details" of the entire process. We can't give away all of our secrets as I am sure you can appreciate, but we do try to be transparent. It's tough because in some areas we have a handful of signing agents we love and only one gets the order. And then we might even have 2-3 new people that are really qualified too on top of the people we already have. It really does vary.
Our goal is to grow our closing count so you grow yours by default. If we have more closings than 4-5 can handle everyone wins in the long run.
Our platform called Signature SYNC will hopefully enable that with some title companies using it to self-manage a large volume of closings. It's coming.... hang in there and thanks for your kindness in your reply. It's appreciated. We're all in this together. |
