We need to remember this if for no other reason than the fact that the title co chose to do business with that ss. So at the very least, they should be made aware of the ethics - or lack thereof - of the companies they give their business to. I'd like to believe this is the response we'd get from all tc's, but I'm not holding my breath. That doesn't mean, though, that we shouldn't try in every case...
