| Many title/escrow firms offer clock hour classes to real estate brokers/agents on a regular basis. If you check their websites (Firstam.edu for First American, for example) you can find a calendar. Call the contact person listed. Explain that you are an NSA wanting to improve your understanding of the process, and ask if you can sit in on a few. The answer is usually 'yes'. As you will not be receiving clock hours, you won't even be asked to pay. And you can make some great contacts that way. |
