Finger's crossed...economy is good, people are working, new construction everywhere, yet, since Jan. work has really dropped off from last year. It's slowly coming around, each month slightly better than the one before, but not the big bang we all should be having looking at the numbers. I've ridden his roller coaster for a while over the past 15 years, this time seems different...not sure why. Maybe just a late start? People holding back and waiting for 3.5% again?
