Yes, you are correct, not a loan signing but docs do call for a notarization, which is what we are. If said signer is signing docs in our presence, I really don't think I'm overthinking, thinking that I'm supposed to notarize his signature. Which I am not anyway by instruction of the hiring entity. So curious, what does your husband do in these situations?
