Notary Closing Agent in Fl

I'm looking into becoming a NCA in Fl as PT income, but am curious if there's a need. When I search, I see some work for other states, but not FL.

I'm a former Mtg Lender and used to close my own loans in another state, so I feel I have a background to move forward.

Thoughts?
