Look in the shopping area of Notary Rotary. Many different vendors sell the same brand of stamp. Notary Rotary supplies section has lots of nice pictures which may help to identify your stamp, and then, which ink goes with it.

Having done all that, call before ordering and satisfy yourself that the order will be delivered promptly.

If you decide to go local, take pictures of your stamp and load on you computer and phone. Call the local place and see if they're open, and if so, how they're doing things. They may be doing curbside delivery or delivery by mail. During the conversation, offer to send pictures of the stamp to their email or smart phone.
