Be thoughtful and wise about where you spend your membership fees. This is one of the best places to be a member. Premier membership offers many perks for dedicated, professional notary/loan signing agents.

There are about 8 directories out there, HIRE NOTARY is but one, who will scalp new notary folks for membership fees and give nothing back.
