I'm this time with DMV office as closed be sure of COVID, I would use two credible witnesses. DMV website says license expiration a are causally extended. If it is a loan signing ask hiring party if lender will accept expired IS on patriot act form with more that Borrower unable to renew because DMV office as are closed.
