They think that they are good. But they are just average. Fees are low at $85. Their phone app sucks. Forget about calling the "Help Line". You'll get an answer 2 or 3 days after the closing date. About 25% of the borrowers I close for them are not happy with their service for one reason or another - usually with their LO or processing. On the plus side - their packages are fairly small and do have a lot of the borrower info already on the forms. I will with them when they call and meet my fee request, but never when it's by email or the app because there is no way to counter offer. |
