With over 60 signings under my belt now, I'm starting to sign up with some of the services that require experience. Many of them are also asking for a resume and at least 3 industry references, and some specifically ask for title company references.
I have a mentor notary and a couple signing service contacts that are great, but have been unable to form relationships directly with staff at title companies. So much is done via a platform and automated messages and completion reports.
How do you handle this? Who have you used as references when still relatively new? |
