And to put a finer point on what the others said, don't expect feedback on your mistakes, either. Once in a while, if a mistake is major enough, they might contact you to go back and fix it at your own expense. More often, they'll find a way to get it fixed without your involvement and just may not call you again. It's one of the challenges of our business.
Kudos to you though, for not assuming that you've never made a mistake just because no one has called you on any. The upside of how to think about this is that no one is perfect and anyone can mess up from time to time. How you react to those situations, though, is one thing that can set you apart - good or bad. |
