| I had a title company email me yesterday for a refi consisting of 100-120 pages and wanting the whole package scanned back to them before dropping it off. Told them $200 - they got someone else to handle it. That is WAY TOO MANY pages to scan back - I don't have one of those fancy machines that will scan super fast or even take 120 pages to scan at once. I didn't feel my fee was out of line. |
