| It's not just the scanning, it's the going home first, scanning, reviewing the scan to make sure it's 100%, and then sometimes waiting for approval before the drop. You can add an extra 45 min+ to the closing time for all of that. It sort of disrupts the flow of things when they want that immediately after closing not to mention the reviewing portion id a purchase. I found they will add $25.00 but not much more here. |
