I know. I repeated it back to her twice, as I couldn't believe what she was telling me! I wonder if anyone else is aware of that,or if they just think they are protected.
I wonder if those required to have Flood insurance in a flood zone have that same stipulation and if so, are lenders aware of that? That asset is not protected unless their neighbor(s) flood out too! The strangest thing I heard in a very long time. I wouldn't have believed it, but came from my agent's mouth when going over her quote.
