July I completed a couple of loan modifications. The payment for 1st order arrived late -- by late I mean beyond the 30 day invoice request, however they sent payment for the second order as well so that was received a little early. It wasn't due until the 15th and received both today, 12th of August. Thank you JMA. I look forward to working with you again soon.
