I won't do paper closings for anyone. $125-$150 was my fee years ago. I would never drive more than 5-7 miles one way usually much less than that. Double the fee to $300 for a standard package, I might possibly consider a closing a few miles away. Otherwise, not a chance. I have too much respect for myself and my business to be treated like an obedient servant willing to do anything to please my master.
